Multi-Factor Authentication

Strengthening Security with Multi-Factor Authentication

At PDS, we care about the security of your data, and we never take security for granted. As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping your data secure we have implemented a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) module into the system.

The MFA module provides a second layer of security during the login process. After login, an MFA code is sent to the user. Once a valid code has been entered, access to the system will be granted. The module has been implemented in both the Web and iPDS applications, and takes into account the unique requirements of iPDS working in offline mode.

MFA can be enabled at business level within the system – this allows each site to be controlled differently as per their requirements.
