Stay Secure and Up to Date with iPDS Automatic Updates

To ensure you are getting the best from iPDS, we recommend that you have the Automatic Update feature enabled on your devices.

At PDS we are constantly updating the apps with new features, bug fixes, security updates, and performance enhancements, so to ensure you have the best experience we advise you to have the auto update feature enabled on your device. This feature will regularly check the app store for updates that we have published, helping to ensure you have the best possible experience with our software.

It is worth noting that, as with all apps, older versions eventually become unsupported. This is largely because business requirements, the security landscape, and general technology continuously move forward, which causes older versions of apps to be left behind. Eventually this can lead to old apps not functioning properly, or in some cases cause data corruption or other issues, so it is important to keep apps up to date.
