Over the past 18 months we have been making a lot of changes behind the scenes in the PDS systems. You can’t see them, and you can’t touch them, but hopefully you will notice that things are running smoother than ever before!

The changes were part of a quality upgrade project aimed at speeding things up, and reducing the number of those little gremlins which invariably work their way in to all software systems over a period of time.

This project was only made possible by an investment in new team members and process changes, all aimed at improving the quality of the software.
