We have now introduced new functionality to assist users manage large assets where multiple faults may need to be recorded against a single Task. This functionality would be useful for assets such as conveyor belting and structural assets where faults will need to be managed individually.
What set up is required?
The multiple fault functionality can be enabled for individual tasks in the Task Library and can be done by Users with Task Administration access.
How does it work?
For tasks that have been enabled with this functionality, it will be possible to add additional faults by tapping on the X button. The User will see a popup asking if an additional fault is to be recorded. Once created, the x button will now display a number indicating how many faults have been created against that task.
To view all faults created, simply tap on the task row on the task list screen to transition to an At Fault dashboard for that task to view/edit all fault records.
